::: My Life Without You :::

The gray hairs spring like alfalfa sprouts
Through the meadows of life
And all I can think of is you.

The slipper-filled hatred
Polluting my soul
Yet springing the masses
Into a world of change.

A life of change with you,
My love.

My all-knowing
All being
Whose beauty is matched
Only by her guile.

Do I trust her who has wronged me?
The soothsayer of my soul,
Who wants to make me a person.

Life’s cruel fate
Is a tragedy in disguise.
A travesty of mankind.

A simple leaf of fate
Has cast a spell on me forever.
