These inked out words flow from my heart
cupid just shot me down with a six-foot dart
my art and my style should free me from trial
but the judgin’ that’s erupting erases my smile
while obstacles in the path just test my sh*t
it’s a lil bit of wit that makes my puzzle piece fit
hit me once, hit me twice, ill keep it all nice
when in reality and actuality, just need some spice
dice away the games and the bullsh*t we see
it’s this deep poetry that remedies me
people these days are just so loud
this world we live in is one big crowd
everybody now just wants to be heard
deafening each other, communication’s absurd
message me truth, and pass the popcorn
new ideas and thoughts wait to be born
get your head out of ‘that’, and put your head into ‘this’
define those two words, in your own defined bliss
we wish for things to be so easy
patience is a virtue, I know you can feel me
the deal is this, how deep’s your vision?
and how deep’s your question, make a decision
incisions of love, beat me a rhythm
my heart feels you, kickin’ rhythm for feelin’
a path is paved, but not sure of what
and where does it lead, to a castle or a hut
but we think and rethink, until we over-think
and then it just sinks like a blink of a wink
Tinkerbell flew you to Neverland
timeless paradise, mermaids and sand
pirates and rum, labeled beach bum
put your mind in this setting, here we come
sometimes we need to foreshadow a thought
take that long stretch to that futuristic spot
bought our way into this worldly consumption
just freely spend money on values of nothin’
now lets bring you back to where you stand
I do command Simon Sez’s demand
hands out with help, amplify with care
this world’s gotta learn to hold hands and share
may we be free and save the Middle East
and may we let this world find its true peace...
