I write scriptures of light deep in the darkness of the night
As my spirit soars through distance of space and time
Going place where no man has gone before.
Mind in heaven body resides in hell
Scares all over my body but never fought a battle in my life
Except the battle of life.

Poetic scriptures express the words I have to say
My mind, my sacred heart, my soul, and my spirit
Loved by the angels hated by the earth
It’s clear in my mind this ain’t where I belong
But yet just a barrier I’m supposed to get past.
