Lights, Camera, Action
Happened so fast in a milla-fraction
Don’t know what to think, don’t know what to say
Can only sit, can only pray
Make your last wish, eat your last dish
The explosion of pain in your heart
Is enough to tear anyone’s mind a part
The rush of blood that flows through your veins
You end up driving through four different lanes
CRASH!
SMASH!
You hit a post
Just when you thought you’d be the one to hurt the most
Your son is in the back seat
But all you see is his feet
He is turned around
Not making a sound
You climb over and see his face
You fingers trace
His silent tears
Streaming down his cheeks
You’ve been using for over three weeks
Whoever said you couldn’t use and drive
You say it is time to revive
And you grab you son, your life
And try to escape this madness
You wish that you can get past this
Your hands are bloody now
He’s not breathing now
You’re screaming now
You did it!
You got attention!
Wow. Happened so fast like
A milla-fraction
So much for
Lights, Camera, Action
