I did not like that caging age
I did not like that aging cage
I did not like that chapters turn
I wish those pages there could burn
But through the caging the aging
And the pages of that chapter turned
This I learned
Freely I can say out loud
I am Black and I am Proud
Product of a Stolen Land

And STILL God gives
The strength to stand
