::: In The Window :::

As I glance through the window four stories high, I wonder about all there is to see in life, but can it see me?

I watch the trees so full of laughter. They compliment one another.
The sun smiles on the little girl crossing the street, and pray's the car coming will see her running to catch up with her mother just steps away. God would allow a cloud
of rain on a warm day if that car were to bypass the responsibility as a courteous driver and injure an angel.
The blue sky is anxious to become filled with colorful and excited creatures. The sky is like a camera lenses it catches and critiques everything. It allows for a brighter tomorrow, a safer evening, a tragic night, a horrible hale storm or just a breeze for the birds to feel beneath their wings...

I see past the crowded streets, the greenery below and the abundance of life and energy filling my vision and look to the mountains. The beautiful mountains that replace and replenish our history of life. The bones that lay beneath the soil, the plants that never grew, and the little boy that rolled down the hill with his father in play. I can envision the endless possibilities that take place on the mountains that talk with God, that become a shoulder to the clouds in sorrow and in happiness. The unfortunate storms that cause disruption and they are still standing. The mountains remind me of myself, a woman still standing through anything that comes my way. I've experienced a rock storm to last a lifetime however in time those rocks will fall back into place and the greenery that was tarnished will grow again. I see the grass that forever grows on the mountains even when the snow is present. The greenery is for a lifetime like a soul within us, like new found love on a Saturday morning, like life before you, like a garden with its first leaf, it's amazing.
I watch in that window all that life has to offer before me and I know it sees me.
It sees me because even when I feel hidden or small, the sun will approach me for coffee, the leaves will tap my shoulder, the rain will wet my hair to cleanse me, the birds will remind me of sound, and the sky will take my picture for others to see in the very same view of a window...
