::: If I Could Speak In Colors :::

If I could speak in colors
Of pink and green and blues
Or yellow, or candy cane red
No matter what the hue
Our world would gleam beyond the logic of black and white
Streaming the shouts of joyous, hymnal verse
For the ebony of the darkness
Is scattered by the light time
And the rainbows mix and play among the prisms
Of love we cherish so dear
We’d speak the paintbrush of gentleness, and meekness
With humility as the breath of time our palette
Words that are virtuous, Golden
Speech that glows with soft shafts of angled ambers
We’d share from me to you.
If only, I could speak in colors
