I look out my window and wonder why
some of us live and some of us die

We’re all on this earth and here we stand,
building more and more houses until there is no open land

They say we all shall die one day,
just like all mistakes we must pay

Instead of having love, peace and more
we all have the threat of nuclear war

So here I sit at my window waiting,
watching the world before me fading
