Transparent are
The religion, politics and literary problems
Of the peace pipe, the crock pot and
Where people are
And are not
The "Funkytown,"
In the domestic void of the diner's,
Dead living spaces
In my cinematic heart,
Here in lies the curse
Of all my want to go home:
That is of all,
who do not work and love,
For the love of the work,
We must
Project together.
