A little ditty for those of us who got shut out of the home buying market when prices went through the roof.

The ladies they will all turn out

To welcome our lower prices boy,

The laurel wreath is ready now
To place upon lower loans and how

Their choicest pleasures then display,

And let each one perform some part,
To fill with joy the buyers heart,
