Interstellar5555 is basically a compilation of music videos set to Daft Punk’s album Discovery. The sound is killer and Daft Punk’s HAVE TO SEE THIS. It is a pretty cool way to tell a story. There is absolutely no dialogue as the songs are the only thing that convey the tone and mood of the story. It works very well and is worth the watch for fans of this particular music genre and for people who want to try something new.

The plot is not overwhelmingly deep. Actually its very basic. A band gets captured from their home planet by an enigmatic hooded man from earth. His plan is to use the band for his own selfish purposes, exploiting them as much as possible. A lone agent named Shep is sent to retrieve the band and rescue them before they are lost forever.

The visuals are not the focus but are quite adequate. The art is very creative and hold its own. Ultimately it is overshadowed by the brilliance that is Daft Punk. Sometimes I just put this movie on to listen to the sound while I am studying or just chillen out.

Definitely watch this as it is a unique way to enjoy an album. It is appropriate for all ages and I would say they it should appeal to most people. Enjoy
