Plies has officially introduced the Fort Myers, Florida street life to the world. For those that don't know Plies real name is Algernod L. Washington. Although I wouldn't call "The Real Testament" album gangster rap; Piles is keepin' it 100% real for the goons that are still on the block every day. Let's start off with track eight the Smash hit "Shawty featuring T-Pain". The track has some amazing vocals courtesy of T-Pain. Shawty will carry the album to damn near to platinum status, because of the heavy rotation on BET, MTV & VH1. On the contrary track two "100 Yrs" will bring "a whole heap" of controversy because of the extremely explicit lyrics and racial references. In defense of Plies, he's just telling a story of how the legal system has worked against African Americans. Defendants fighting a criminal case with the assistance of a public defender have a tendency to serve more time than middle to upper class individuals paying a lawyer. Track number five "1 Mo Time" is hot, Nice beat! "1 Mo Time" will appeal to anyone that has been in a relationship; from break up to makeup. Mostly make up if you know what I mean.

I'm really feelin' track eleven "Keep it too real". Some of the friends/homies' that you keep the closest and show the most love wind up crossing you in the end. Just think about the friend you did the most dirt with, the person you shared meals with; you did so much for them that you became blind with all the love you were showin'. We would have been better off alone! Plies "The Real Testament" go buy it if like a little bit of controversy in ya' life. Don't buy if you ain't got some hood in ya heart, cause ya' might get a little feelings hurt.
